Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or the items are in any way defective, just notify us within 14 days and we will send out a replacement right away.

All products sold at the Peaceful Easy Feeling Shop are made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there is something wrong with the product.  We cannot accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
